Fremantle Maritime Museum workshop that will help them understand how computer games work! Aimed at 7+ year olds, Museum WA and Gizmo Cats will teach your children about electronics and coding in a fun and hands-on way. Develop a video game with external controls (make a working push-button controller to take home that will control a game character on a Raspberry Pi computer).


To Have Fun! Develop an appreciation for creativity, reasoning, problem solving and collaboration. Understanding basic concepts of electronic circuits and input/outputs to/from a computer. 

Prerequisites: None - all computer equipment and supplies are provided for the class. Optional: Purchase a Raspberry Pi computer board to use at home.

There are only 10 places available so be quick to secure your child's place.
