Ban the Bag Crochet Edition

Plastic bags have just been banned in WA from July 2018! Hurrah! Not only are they horrendous for the environment but they are an abomination to fashion. In this workshop you will learn how to crochet a basic shopping bag using yarn made from 100% recycled products. Suitable for both beginners and the more advanced crochet lover, you will learn to follow a basic crochet pattern as well the 3 basic stitches used throughout the pattern. Art Kids

Our classes are perfect for students who love making art. In term 1 we will be engaging in a series of projects including life drawing, creative collage, mandalas, printmaking, small cities, photography, painting, sculpture, paper mache, origami and lots more. Each class has two teachers and students will have a great folio of artwork to take home at the end of term. Cost – 8-week course $160, casual bookings are available at $25 per class if spots are available. Materials – All materials are included in the course fee. Afternoon Tea – A healthy fruit platter is provided during art class.

Creative Kids Art Club

Creative Kids Art Club runs art and craft activities for 5 to 10 yr olds. Our classes are run by experienced art teachers, for 8 weeks during the school term, with all materials provided. We cover a range of new projects every term including activities from; painting on canvas, mask making, drawing, decoupage, sewing, sculpture, clay work, papier mache, print making and more. Our classes are suitable for new and continuing students. We also run a holiday workshop program.
