April School Holidays at Rolloways

We offer school holidays sessions, which run every day of the week from Monday to Friday. We have three sessions per day, which are 10 am to 12 pm, 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm. During the week end we have on both Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 11 am a learn to skate lesson. Then we have our normal sessions which from 11 am to 1 pm, 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm. Transportation Exhibition

In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the arrival of the Hougoumont, the last convict ship to arrive in Australia, Fremantle Prison’s new exhibition Transportation examines the forced migration of convicts from Britain to Australia in the 18th and 19th centuries. Transportation presents the stories of men, women and children forcibly sent to convict sites around Australia, exploring the social tragedy of the convict system as a whole as well as individual stories of personal achievement. Fremantle Round House - 1pm cannon firing

Discover WA’s oldest public building . Find out what the ‘curfew bell’ was used for, how many cells the Round House had in the 1800s, and maybe even get locked up in our stock and pillory! At 1pm (sharp) each day, join us as we fire the cannon and lower the time ball on the Gun Deck next to the Round House. Torchlight Tour

Explore the darker side of Fremantle Prison’s history. The Prison walls echo with stories of loneliness, pain and suffering, of executions gone wrong, of the innocent unjustly imprisoned and the guilty punished.  Join our Guides in the dark as they entertain you with sordid and ghastly stories. Be warned - these tours are not for the faint hearted. Every Wednesday and Friday evening. Tours depart regularly from 6.30pm, with multiple tours throughout the evening. In summer months, tours depart from 7.00pm onwards. Bookings essential.

Circus and Trampoline School Holiday Program

The Circus Centre is collaborating with Southern Star Trampoline and Gymnastics Academy to create a combined school holiday program for children aged five to fourteen. Each day, we will host a four-hour workshop. The children will have two hours on trampolines, and then another two hours learning new circus skills.  Enrol your child in one class to get a taster, or have them come in for every class to build on their circus skills over the week.
