Overview

A small group fitness class, focusing on high intensity training to gain strength, endurance and cardio fitness. Classes include fit-boxing, strength and cardio circuits and drills. Designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast, have fun and feel your best!

Every Monday and Wednesday night at 6pm at Frank Gibson Park, Fremantle

Classes run for 45minutes. $15 per session. Package deals are available.
