Celebrating 10 years of fashion in Fremantle,Velvet Sushi Luxury Loungewear presents a striking photographic exhibition in her new street art gallery in Bannister Street, adjoining the Velvet Sushi salon. Designer and art director, Deborah Mckendrick, was inspired by the settings of film Noir and the exhibition stars our very own Melissa Parke who is luxuriosly and seductively wrapped in the made to order velvet collection. A must see, touchy, feely kind of exhibition. Runs until October 30th

Winter Stock Sale Time

It's that time of year again our Winter Stock Clearance Sale!  We only do these sales twice a year so you had better get in quickly,  we have lots of mens and womens winter clothes ready to go and also a few bargins left in store from last summer so it's a great time to get some great winter bargins and some cheap summer items to get started for the warmer days to come! (Sorry bags and bodycare not included in sale)

What's in the Unicorn

Guess how much money is in the unicorn and it's yours! You can take home the money box and the money inside if you guess correctly. There will be three unicorn money boxes, so the closest guess to each will win. Come into The Pickled Fairy, jiggle the unicorn and write your guesstimate on an entry form. Winners notified on the Pickled Fairy Facebook page.

Port City Cycles - Rides

Our shop rides are on every Saturday morning and leave from the front of the shop.  We have 2 groups: First group: leaves at 6:30 am, 68 km loop, 34 - 37 km/h average Second group: leaves at 6:35 am, 45 km loop, 27 - 30 km/h average Both groups arrive back in Fremantle at approximately 8:30am and go for coffee afterwards at a designated coffee shop

Make Your Own Ceramic Planter with Sarana Haeata

Learn to build and glaze your very own ceramic planter with artist Sarana Haeata across two-weekend sessions.   In the first session, students will learn slip casting techniques to create the shape of their own hanging pot or bench top planter (or both!) By the end of this session each student will have a pot ready for firing.
