Stackwood presents,

Advanced Woven Vessels with Sin Boucherd

Date & time

29th of October 2017 at 10:00am
until 2:00pm

10 Stack Street
WA 6160
  • White Gum Valley

Develop your weaving skills through advanced techniques such as string making, twining and horizontal wrapping. These fibre art tricks will enable you to create an open weave structure resulting in your own hanging basket or sculptural form to take home. You will also leave with an understanding of the potential for harvesting your own fibres locally; how they might be prepared and applied in your own projects!

Using all ethically sourced natural fibres you will have full licence to explore a range of colours and textures to create a totally unique work.

This workshop is for those who have already completed a workshop with Sian and want to build on their learnings - or - for those with some experience who want to expand on their skills in a constructive and creative community environment.

All tools, materials and morning tea will be provided.

Date and time:

Sunday 29th October, 10:00am - 2:00pm
