Heath (ND. HD. co-owner of The Raw Kitchen) was former lecturer in herbal medicine, nutritional medicine and naturopathic prescribing at The Australian College of Natural Medicine (now Endeavour College). With over 20 years experience as a Naturopath, Heath’s views have been formed through study and research but also from clinical practice, which is where we truly see what is working and what is not.
