Let’s face it, the vast majority of us know we should be eating better but simply don't have the time or the energy to make complicated dishes. So this workshop is all about ‘quick and easy’. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be hard and it doesn’t have to take a long time to prepare! 

Not only will you learn about the foods you need to eat to get all of your nutrients, you will learn how to do so in the shortest and easiest way possible. But more importantly, you will get (re-)inspired to rework your diet with some small tweaks that could make a big difference to your health and vitality.

Love the idea of eating healthy but hate the idea of having to make everything from scratch? We have put together dishes using simple ingredients you may already have in the cupboard and fridge!

Got baked beans in the pantry?

Great, we will show you how to turn them into an amazing nutrient dense dish with the addition of some simple secret ingredients.

Left over rice from last night?

Learn how to make a powerhouse porridge containing more omega 3 fats then a piece of fish.

Running late and have a big day ahead?

No problem, watch as we show you how easy it is to make meal in under 3 minutes with all of the essential nutrients you need for the day.
