5Rhythms

So excited to be bringing 5Rhythms to you in Fremantle.  Until I found this practice I had swathes of time feeling uncomfortable in my own body, unsure of my self and the direction I was heading in. The concept of self-love and healing was alien to me and my relationships were a bit of a mess, to say the least! This practice put me on the path to actually transforming my life. I learned that the beliefs and stories I had told myself for years were complete fabrications and that through moving my body, I could repattern those beliefs and patterns into far healthier relations.  So, if YES is the answer to one or more of the questions below, you may well want to get yourself to this class:Do you sometimes feel disconnected from your self, your partner or your community? Do you feel like you don't belong? Do you feel uncomfortable in your own skin? Do you find the concept of self-love a little abstract? Are you sick of the 9-5 humdrum and living a life that only excites you a minority of the time? Are you craving a creative outlet? The class goes for two hours and the aim is to start to unravel the old stories that we, or someone else has told us, healing the wounds and beliefs that have kept us in a place of suffering, disconnection or stagnation and begin to trust our bodies inherent wisdom again. Everyone has a right to live a joyful, playful and nourishing life where everyone's unique talents and gifts are celebrated, expressed and nurtured. This movement practice is so powerfully potent that in one class the way you look at the world, and where you see yourself in it, can shift so dramatically things will never be the same again.  The cool thing is you don't need any dance expertise to do this. Anyone of any age, gender or level of fitness can have a transformational experience and, if you are on the road to awakening, this my friends is the perfect place to be.  ABOUT THE CLASS $20 Please be prompt for the warmup at 7pm, to prevent injuries. Doors will close at 7.30pmWear comfy clothes you can move in easily eg yoga wearBring plenty of drinking water as we aim to sweat! Please stay until the end 9pm
