Have you or your partner been diagnosed with dementia? This is a huge adjustment that can feel very challenging. Take some time out to relax, have a laugh, reconnect and rediscover each other. Feel the essence of your relationship. Get to know fellow group members over a cuppa. Give life a dance.

Suitable for couples, or family members or friends and their loved ones in the early or mid stages of dementia.

Free thanks to City of Fremantle. Registration required by August 18 - call or SMS Emma on 0404 029 519.

Plus over 100 hours in professional behaviour change and group learning and facilitation training, with years of experience in these fields. Emma says: "My vision is to provide creative and nurturing spaces for people with Dementia and their Carers to connect and enjoy life."
