Self care for carers.

A restorative session moving gently with music. Participate seated or standing, all ages and abilities are welcome. Using the Wu Tao Relaxation sequence of movement, self-shiatsu massage and meditation, we connect with breath, body and a small supportive group in a friendly space. Give life a dance.
